Size Exchanges are applicable on purchases made within 15 days. The item returned should be in dispatch condition to be applicable. Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.

Contact us on our social platforms or call us during our working hours and our team will guide you through the size exchange process. Please note that after confirmation of size from the customer, the article will be dispatched on next working day. If there is any delay from the courier, our team member will help you through the process until you receive the requested item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about the exchange process.

Please note that a size exchange card will be sent with the parcel which in the event of a size exchange request needs to be filled out and sent with the parcel to process the size exchange.

All online orders will be processed and shipped from head office not from any physical store
